BODY SCULPT

Full body workout using tubing, hand-held weights, body bars, balls, and one's own weight for resistance Training. Abdominal and stretch exercises included.

CARDIO BLAST

Get ready to get in shape! This class is a step, kickboxing, and core-training class designed to help you burn calories and tone up at the same time.

Pump

Weight lifting with barbells designed to build your physique. By increasing active muscle tissue you will achieve the dual effect of burning fat and developing a hard body. Extreme is an intense workout, which challenges avid weight lifters but utilizes basic moves to accommodate all fitness levels.

Flex

Strength training, which sculpts the body in many different ways and through a variety of classes. Through the use of barbells, dumbbells, resistance tubing, body bars, stability balls, medicine balls, and more Flex will improve muscle tone, increase strength, and burn fat. Flex is upper body, lower body, total body fitness designed for all fitness levels.

Hard-Core

Defines the muscles of the body that are the showcase of the physique. These are the core muscles, which include the abs. Classes range from traditional mat work to classes that include body bars, light dumbbells, stability balls, elastic tubing, and the medicine ball. Hard-Core helps you achieve a strong sexy core, the washboard abs, or the six pack abs you’ve always wanted. All fitness levels are modeled and the class is appropriate for everyone.

Ripped

Strength training and cardio vascular conditioning combined to shape the physique.

IMPACT STEP

A floor workout featuring a low to medium intensity movement patterns on the step.

INTERVAL

3 minutes upper or lower body conditioning with weights or tubing. 1 minute cardio for total of 40 minutes.

Kick Boxing

(Cardio Kickboxing) A cardiovascular workout using the basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, conditioning and stamina.

SILVER SNEAKERS

Designed exclusively for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Reduce your risk of heart disease by up to 50%. Double your muscle strength in 3 to 4 months. Reduce the risk of diabetes by as much as 75% if you are 60 or older.

Latin Explosion

Includes 4 different versions of dance with Latin beats, its 45 minutes of an incredibly heart pumping/intense fun workout. That includes some weight training for your arms and legs with some deep abs and cardio work.

Spinning

Get a great workout and have fun at the same time! This indoor-cycling program uses a fully adjustable and stationary bike designed by Schwinn that has every aspect of a high performance racing bicycle. The fundamental techniques and positions presented in Spinning have been carefully selected to ensure a safe, fun, and effective workout for every student, regardless of fitness level.

STRETCH & TONE

Combination of total body workout with muscle toning.

X-treme Step

This is a high Intensity step workout with circuit training and abs. A total body workout!

Power Yoga

This class will teach you proper breathing and relaxation while helping you develop strength, stamina flexibility, balance, concentration and focus.

Yoga Sculpt

Introduces basic Hatha Yoga postures combined with dumbbell weights.
